We’re a family- and friends-owned small business rooted in Southern Illinois, built on a love of historic spaces, craft beer, and bold pub flavors. In May 2022, we opened our third location—St. Nicholas Brewing Company at Southern Illinois Airport, the only General Aviation airport in the U.S. with an on-site brewery.

The airport’s FBO is the oldest in the nation, with the oldest hangar still in active use—and that rich aviation history inspired us to create something special.
